From 8:30AM to 2:00PM

A tradition for families and friends featuring historic and contemporary maple-sugaring demonstrations. After a full pancake breakfast families can tour the Museum's historic village and children can find fun activities in the one-room schoolhouse and ride the Empire State Carousel. Learn about spring tonics in the More House, and watch the blacksmith demonstrate his craft. Taste jack wax: hot maple syrup poured over snow! Held at The Farmers' Museum, 5785 State Highway 80, Cooperstown.

From 4:30PM to 7:30PM

The Poland Troop 20 Boy Scouts will be serving their Annual Spaghetti Dinner at the Cold Brook American Legion. Dinners are $7./adult $5./ for Children 5 - 12 yrs and FREE for children under 5 yrs of age.Come enjoy a great dinner while the Scouts serve you at your table.
