Vets United, a social club for veterans, will start their monthly coffee hours at the Herkimer VFW. All vets are invited and you need not be a member to attend.
The popular Clinton Fine Arts and Crafts Festival is being held Saturday, November 7 from 10AM - 5PM and Sunday, November 8 from 10AM - 4PM. Sponsored by the Kirkland Police Benevolent Association and held at Clinton High School, it features some of the finest handmade arts and crafts by professional artists from across the Northeast at very affordable prices. Enjoy a relaxing lunch at the Festival Food Court by Seymour's Diner & Grill, and find unique gifts for Christmas giving, or something special for yourself. Oneida County Habitat For Humanity is collecting new or good quality used Christmas decorations for use this holiday season. You can drop them off at 1025 Steuben Street in Utica . All donations are tax deductible.
A Santa Paws Christmas Shopping Event benefitting The homeless animals of the Montgomery County SPCA will be held at the Raindancer Restaurant, Highway 30, Amsterdam. A number of gift giving options will be available as well as basket raffles, food and information about programs, services and animals currently up for adoption.
